2-3 dry red chillies

1 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp fenugreek seeds

1 tsp mustard seeds

Salt to taste

2-3 tsp oil

Method:

Take the ready mangoes and strip their external skin.

In a pot, pour water and sit tight for it to begin bubbling.

Add the ready mangoes in the pot and let them bubble for 8-10 minutes.

In a blender processor, add cumin seeds, red chillies, garlic, ground coconut and shallots. Grind this large number of fixings together and make a fine glue. Keep it to the side
